2023.06.10 06:49 Jazzlike-Dog-8401 My crazy Venom take

Here's my take: I reckon that the suit will attach to Harry and Peter, but after Venom has enough power to exist without a host, he'll eat people to survive and sustain his form. That will be the big issue; he's eating people (mostly criminals), as well as his hatred for Peter and Miles. His hatred for Miles will be personal as well because the newform blue lighting Miles has is Venom's weakness, which destroyed his bond with Peter. Of course, his main beef is with Peter, but he'll hate Miles as well.
Thanks for listening.

2023.06.10 06:49 Rein-Sama-VwV Tales of graces f: best shard farming for NG+

to everyone playing tales of graces in the year 2023 i come here with the DEFINITIVE guide to farming shards. This is definitive since it gives you the BEST possible stat increases for your gear and it takes no time at all to farm the shards.
Step 1: Be in NG+, this method ONLY works for NG+ exclusively, so for your first playthrough i reccomend that you fuck around and do whatever you want in regards to farming shards since the good stuff happens AFTER you start NG+
Step 2: Dualize using your starting equipment, it may sound dumb but here's the thing a 20+ of the best gear in the F-arc is vastly weaker in comparison to how you dualize your starting equipment, plus its cheaper. not to mention the real meat and potatoes is to upgrade the starting equipment to its final form by getting the materials from either certain shops once you max rank the stamps (meaning once you reach rank 10 get all the stamps on rank 10 to be completely done) or going into the zhonecage and getting them https://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/topic/145448-zhonecage-rare-items/
this link will tell you what floor to go to to get them and that you must have the difficulty on chaos or evil for better rng.

Starting equipment: Asbel: long sword, leather guard.
Cheria: Throwing knives, Blouse.
Sophie: Iron Gauntlets, iron tunic
Hubert: Rune dualblade, Iron tunic
Malik: steel bladerang, leather guard
Pascal: Steel shotstaff, blouse

as a added tip i reccomend farming BEFORE the final dungeon or BEFORE the final boss at the last save point.
Step 3: use the book of acquisition and fish and chips in your eleth mixer, anything else you wanna add is optional

Step 4: once you have control of the shuttle (hence why i say to farm before the final dungeon) go to the following field location: Strahta desert (east) and use a dark bottle
Step 5: go around and kill everything you find, the dark bottle will spawn the enemies almost instantly as you run around the desert.
Step 6: farm the following shards: Grand, Suave, Rigid, and Barbed
Step 7: create the kyleicious quality. Remember how i said you needed to be in NG+... this is why, with unlock qualities you're able to.. unlock new qualities. And the BEST one is without a doubt "Kyleicious"
Why? The kyleicious quality gives you 12 P. ATK, 12 C. ATK, 22 ACC for your weapons, 12 P. DEF, 12 C. DEF, 22 EVA for your armors. Sounds amazing doesn't it? well max out your starting equipment and you'll be invincible

Now HOW to make this quality? Remember the shards i told you to farm? Here's the formula
Grand + Suave= Barbed>>>>>>>> Barbed + rigid= Kyleicious

SEE????

And while barbed shards are semi rare they do drop somewhat frequently, meaning if you hoard enough barbed shards you could SKIP a step and do
Barbed+rigid= Kyleicioius
i only recommend this IF you have a lot of barbed shards to use to begin with.

As for the farming, with the fish and chips and book of aquition you should be getting shards 95-100% of the time. To preface the average fight should take you 7-11 seconds, 6 shards in 1 minute. If your playing on chaos you're speeding up the process.

WARNING: DO NOT BE TOO HIGH LEVEL. My levels are 80 for all characters and I'm constantly getting shards but the higher your level the less shards you'll get overtime so BE CAREFUL

Bonus step: if you TRULY want to be overpowered and deicimate the gentleman and lambda theos at your absolute peak i reccomend making your starting equipment to their ultimate forms and repeating the process i laid out.
another thing i wish to say is that if you use this guide faithfully your 99+ starting equipment will DESTROY the final dungeon so theres that

See you all in 7 years when graces f gets ported to ps4 and primaliquid uses my guide in his video

2023.06.10 06:49 IelReaglia When Victory is a Bad Thing: A PvP Battle That Tore My D&D Campaign Apart

I recently experienced an ordeal in my 5e campaign that left me feeling shaken and uncertain about the future of our gaming group. I feel compelled to share this story, as it serves as a reminder of the consequences that can arise when victory clashes with storytelling, I guess.

In our campaign, our DM had always encouraged creativity and embraced the unpredictable nature of the game. It was during one session that the DM decided to introduce a PvP battle, pitting my high-level Halfling Divination Wizard against three other players. What started as an exciting prospect soon spiraled into a nightmare.
Prior to the battle, I had cast Contingency on myself. As luck would have it, the three players managed to corner me, triggering my Contingency and allowing me to Thunder Step at 6th level. The damage rolls were in my favor, but the opponents' saves, thanks in part to my Portent ability, were not. Taking advantage of the chaos, I teleported only slightly to the side, as I still had my initiative left.
Seizing the moment, I cast Thunder Step once again, this time at 7th level. The devastating spell caught the three players off guard, and only one of them managed to pass the save. The battle raged on, with a few more rounds of intense combat, until I emerged victorious.
Unfortunately, this triumph had unintended consequences. The aftermath of the battle set off a chain reaction that shook the foundation of our gaming group. The other players began harboring animosity towards me, believing that my victory disrupted the intended story and derailed the campaign.
I want to emphasize that my goal was never to overshadow or ruin the fun for others. I was merely playing my character to the best of my abilities, seizing opportunities presented by the dice rolls and the mechanics of the game. Our DM upheld the principle of "what the dice say, goes" with unwavering dedication, and encounters were fought to the death without any redactions.
It pains me to see the rift that has formed within our group. The once-joyful camaraderie has turned into bitter resentment. They accuse me of ignoring the DM's story intentions and being selfish for pursuing victory at any cost.
I understand their frustration, as a PvP battle of this magnitude can disrupt the balance and narrative flow. However, it's crucial to remember that D&D is a collaborative experience, and victory should never come at the expense of the group's enjoyment.
Looking back, I wonder if there were alternative paths I could have taken to mitigate the fallout. Perhaps I should have considered the potential impact of my actions on the overall narrative and sought a compromise that would have satisfied both the desire for an engaging battle and the story's integrity.
To my fellow adventurers, I implore you to learn from my experience. Open communication, understanding, and a shared commitment to the group's enjoyment are essential. Respect the DM's efforts to craft an engaging story, and be mindful of the potential consequences when pursuing personal victories... Even if it means your own character's death? AITA?

TL;DR: A PvP battle in my D&D campaign resulted in my high-level Halfling Divination Wizard defeating three other players, leading to resentment and accusations of derailing the story. Since we played a bit more brutal of a game and had all upheld the principle of following dice rolls and played encounters to the death without redactions, the aftermath left our gaming group fractured.

2023.06.10 06:48 Available_Mistake425 23F looking to meet some cool new friends

Hi, I'm a 23-year-old female living in the Newmarket/Barrie/Innisfil/Bradford area, and I'm looking to connect with other like-minded female friends in their 20s. I have a deep passion for psychology and enjoy exploring the intricacies of the human mind.
In my free time, I indulge in various hobbies such as reading, drawing, taking nature walks, escape rooms and board games. Occasionally, I like to venture out to bars and clubs, and I am always down for live music. I may come across as shy at first, but once we get to know each other, I become the completely opposite of shy.
I would be thrilled to make friends within the LGBTQ2S+ community, but I'm also open to forming connections with allies who share similar interests and values

2023.06.10 06:48 Cold-Breath-4620 Baast Cats- TOD reread

(PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE TO READ IF YOU HAVE NOT READ ALL BOOKS )
I just did a reread of Tower of Dawn because I felt like there might have been a lot I missed with the southern continent missing Fae .Which I assume are the shifter Fae mentioned in CC. Butttttt what caught my interest were the Baast cats. With the princes of Hel having a cat form I wonder if they are somehow connected. I haven’t really formed much of a theory but I did put the quotes about them that peaked my interest the most.
“The Baast Cats had dwelled in the Torre library for as long as it had existed, yet none knew where they had come from.”
“Each was as individual as any human, save for those beryl-colored eyes they each bore.”
“Some of the healers, old and young alike, swore the cats could step through pools of shadow to appear on another level of the library; some swore the cats had been caught pawing through the pages of open books—reading.”
“A sleek black Baast Cat was lounging in one of those embroidered chairs by the fire. And as they neared, she leaped up, hissing as fiercely as her feline-headed namesake. Not at Yrene or the girls … No, those beryl-colored eyes were narrowed at the library behind them. One of the girls tightened her grip on Yrene’s arm. But not one of them left Yrene’s side as she approached the massive desk of the Head Librarian and her Heir. Behind them, the Baast Cat held her ground—held the line—”
“a snow-white Baast Cat half slumbered, her long tail swishing like a pendulum as it draped over the edge of the cushion. No doubt listening to every word—likely to report to her sisters.”
“healers poring over musty tomes in door-less rooms, and the occasional Baast Cat sprawled over the top of the shelves, or padding into the shadows, or simply sitting at a crossroads—as if waiting.”
“We were told you’d come to the Torre earlier this evening. The guards were right behind us, until we outran them. We got a bit lost down here, but then … cats led the way.” A bemused, puzzled glance over her shoulder, to where half a dozen beryl-eyed cats sat on the tunnel steps, cleaning themselves. They noticed the attention and scattered, tails high.”

2023.06.10 06:46 czg22 Need Input: Escape Room for Elementary Music Classroom

Hi there! I am designing and making an escape room for my 3rd grade students as a review of the concepts they learned in 2nd grade. I would love input from a variety of people so I’m cross posting to escaperooms, teachers, and musiced.
Here’s what I have so far:
Theme - I am basing my narrative off of the book/song “There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly”. So far my narrative is: You are a doctor who got a call about a very sick old lady. You are at her home looking for clues about what could have given her such a terrible stomachache. Find out what she ate, give her the right medicine and do it all before she eats anything that would send her to the hospital.
Decorating and Prop Ideas - The game has to be reset for 6 classes. I’m thinking of laminating documents and making a flowchart that will make it easy to set up the game for the next day. Every class has about 20 students but they can be grouped into smaller groups. I want to make half of my class look like an old lady’s farmhouse with missing animals. There’s an empty dog bed, a kitty litter box full of sand, a fly swatter, a cobweb in the corner, a birdcage, a window overlooking a goat barn, etc… I have 6 small wooden boxes, one big treasure box (all boxes have a clasp for a lock), 6 locks and keys, and one big lock that has 6 holes on it where six padlock locks must all be opened in order for the big lock to open. I have six combination locks that open with 3 letter combinations. I have a felt old lady and felt animals.
Puzzle Ideas: My students need hands on activities. I was thinking of hiding a key in the sand (kitty litter box), hiding keys in clay, taping keys under furniture. Some of the puzzles I was thinking of were having kids solve musical math with rhythms, solving a jigsaw puzzle that shows the anatomy of a recorder, an ukulele, or a xylophone and then flipping it over to see a message. Maybe doing a watercolor and oil pastel secret message??? I have invisible pens and flashlights. I am also good with MakeyMakey, Scratch and Paper Circuits. Something with magnets would be cool. Or sorting instruments into instrument families. The students also learned about musical form (binary, rondo, etc) so I feel that lends itself into some type of puzzle. Definitely we can do something where they spell out a word using pitches on a treble clef staff.
Things I’m not interested in: I don’t want it to be worksheet heavy. I’ve seen the escape rooms on Teacherspayteachers and I’m not interested in everything just being in envelopes. I have a space in my class that can be dedicated to this escape room and would not interfere with my other classes so I don’t feel a need to make everything paper based.
How you can help me: I think I need a non-linear approach with six different tasks, six animals: fly, spider, bird, cat, dog, goat. Not the horse because that makes her die… that’s too sad. I could split up my class into 6 groups which is manageable. What does a 30 minute escape room experience look like for just one task? If I could get help with even just one task, I feel like I could get my mind around the other tasks. Thanks everyone!
P.S. I would err on being easy because I have kids that are just starting to learn English. So basic sentence structures, visuals, etc.

2023.06.10 06:46 AstronautPuzzled6733 How to Pass Your Learners Permit Test in 2023

Whether you are applying for a regular driver’s license, motorcycle permit or commercial driving license, there is one thing all students have in common: they will need to pass a knowledge exam.
Thankfully, there are some things you can do to prepare for your test and increase your chances of passing.

Study Your Driver?s Handbook

Before you head to the DMV to take your knowledge test, it is a good idea to thoroughly read through the driver?s handbook. This is where you will find information on all the topics that will be covered on your test, including road signs, traffic laws, driving and safety rules, drunk and distracted driving, and vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
The knowledge test is 20 questions and you must get 14 correct answers to pass. The questions are centered around New York driving and driver safety, but they do not include specific questions about any one topic. You can also download the driver?s handbook as a PDF or audio file so you can review the information on the go or with your voice-activated digital assistant.
When you are ready to head to the DMV, be sure to bring your completed Non-Commercial Learner Permit Application (form MV-44), proof of identity and residency, a parent or legal guardian?s signed consent form, and the appropriate fee. The DMV also offers a document guide you can use to determine which documents are required depending on whether you are applying for an ID compliant or non-compliant permit.

Try Taking a DMV Practice Test

One of the best ways to study for your permit test is to use a DMV practice app. This app will help you prepare for the knowledge exam by providing you with questions that are similar to those that you might face in your exam.
It also includes a list of the necessary documents you will need to bring with you to the DMV. The DMV recommends you arrive as early as possible in order to make sure you get there on time.
It is recommended that you bring your application for a non-commercial learner’s permit, proof of identity, proof of residency and payment for the appropriate fee. You will also need to have a completed Parent and Guardian Consent form or Certificate (MV-44). The app also provides information about the state driving laws and tips on how to pass your exam. You can take practice tests with a range of topics including road signs, driver safety and driving rules. Each question has a few variants of answers and the app will provide feedback on whether you chose the right answer or not.

Find a Permit Test Study Guide

Although there are plenty of unofficial study guides and learning tools out there, the best place to start your preparation is with the official state driver?s handbook. These booklets are created by the Department of Motor Vehicles and are available at DMV offices for free or as PDF downloads. The information is completely accurate and updated regularly to reflect current testing procedures.
The questions that you will be asked on your permit test are all centered around New York driving and safety. These questions will cover a wide range of topics including road signs, driver?s education, traffic laws, distracted driving, drunk driving and car maintenance and upkeep. There are also some chapters that cover useful but non-essential information about license types, application documents and other general driving topics. However, you can easily identify these sections by the opening contents page and skip past them when studying for your permit test.
Make sure that you take the time to read through your handbook and do some practice tests. By doing so you will be more confident when it comes time to take your actual written knowledge exam.

Read the Questions Thoroughly

When taking the test, read each question and answer choice carefully. Don’t skip any part of the question, and don’t spend too much time on questions you have trouble with. You might waste valuable time that you could have spent on the questions you know how to answer.
Start with the questions you know the answers to, and then move on to the ones you are unsure of. This will help you get the questions that are most important to you done first, and it will build your confidence from the outset. If you get stuck on a question, try to come up with an answer before looking at the answer choices. This will allow you to rule out answers that are too similar and may help you find the correct answer.
When you are finished, be sure to write your name clearly on the test and the answer sheet. This is one of the most common mistakes that students make and can cost you points. Be sure to take a deep breath and relax before handing the test in.

2023.06.10 06:46 daisyelisabee Does anyone know what happened with Jools and XCanadensis?

I only started tuning in now once almost everything has been wiped except for Brooke’s tweets and I’m just wondering what happened and why Jools is once again in doll community drama? It seems like every time people in the community are beefing about plastic playthings she’s always involved. I was a big fan of hers but I’m starting to see cracks forming around her and I’m becoming skeptical

2023.06.10 06:46 AlphaArmadillo (EST) 22 M looking to form close, long-term friendships.

Hello all, I've made a post to see if I can find the right kind of people for me with similar values when it comes to forming a close and supportive friendship. I have often found it draining to have to keep messaging so many people online that I'd like to limit any potential pitfalls as much as possible when it comes to making friends online. From my experience, a lot of friendships don't seem to work out when there is not as much initiation from both sides which is something that I really value. I really appreciate direct and honest communication along with a willingness to work through things. I expect a certain amount of effort when it comes to responses. Although I tend to have higher standards when it comes to friends, I do not want that to deter others from wanting to reach out as I am quite open and understanding. I'm a 22-year-old and in my final year of college. I'm majoring in psychology as I want to be able to become a therapist/counselor and help others out where possible. Once I graduate, I am planning to pursue a master's degree in counseling. I live on the east coast side of the US and my MBTI personality type is INFJ as well. It's usually easier to mention this ahead of time but I have a physical disability that requires me to use a wheelchair.
Some of my interests and activities that I enjoy doing include playing games on pc, ps5, and switch, learning about other people and their experiences, watching videos or shows online, and voice chatting. Basically, anything where we can spend time together online in some way. A few of my favorite games are Final Fantasy 14, Xenoblade Chronicles 1-3, Persona 5, Pokemon, Skyrim, and The Witcher 3. I am also open to talking about and trying out other games. As for shows and watching videos, I do enjoy watching anime from time to time and wouldn't mind watching them with others. Additionally, if you have any suggestions or things you like to watch I would be happy to watch those as well. We could even just watch stuff on youtube which is where I usually go lol.
I'm looking for the kind of one-on-one friendship where we can message/talk about whatever is on our minds throughout the day and be able to share everyday and deeper, more meaningful conversations. I enjoy having conversations on philosophical topics, anything science or education related, asking random questions, and psychology (of course) or mental health in general. It would be great to have long-term friends who prioritize a consistent, genuinely caring friendship and who are willing to put in the same amount of effort. I want to have friendships where we can open up to each other as much as we are comfortable with and be able to check in on each other.
I'm not expecting to become great friends with everyone but I am willing to give others a fair chance. Realistically, I want to invest in just a few quality friendships. Building a good friendship takes time and I only want to have friends who are specifically looking for something long-term. As long as you are willing to show that you value building the kind of friendship that I do, that is what I care about most.

2023.06.10 06:45 czg22 Need Input: Escape Room for Elementary Music Classroom

Embrace the Power of Shadow Work: A Path to Self-Discovery and Personal Transformation

In our quest for personal growth and self-realization, we often focus on the light within us—the positive aspects that we readily embrace and celebrate. However, there exists a hidden realm within each of us, a realm where our shadows reside. These shadows encompass our suppressed emotions, fears, traumas, and aspects of ourselves that we may find difficult to acknowledge.
Shadow work, a profound and transformative practice, invites us to explore these hidden depths. It beckons us to embrace the parts of ourselves that have long been shrouded in darkness and uncover the buried treasures within our shadows. By engaging in this inner journey, we embark on a path of self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation.
In this blog post, we will delve into the realm of shadow work and explore its significance in our lives. We will discover the transformative power it holds and how it can help us embrace our True Self. So, let us embark on this illuminating exploration together.

Understanding Shadows

Imagine the shadowy corners of a dimly lit room—the places where things are often overlooked or left forgotten. Our inner landscape holds a similar space, where the shadows of our past experiences, fears, and unhealed wounds reside. These shadows manifest in various ways, influencing our relationships, self-perception, and overall well-being.
But what are these shadows? They are the parts of ourselves that we have pushed away, suppressed, or denied. They are the unexpressed emotions, limiting beliefs, and unresolved traumas that silently shape our lives. They can manifest as self-doubt, patterns of self-sabotage, or a persistent feeling of being stuck.
However, these shadows are not to be feared or condemned. They are invitations to embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing. By exploring our shadows, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves—our desires, fears, motivations, and wounds. We peel back the layers that have kept us disconnected from our true essence, allowing us to step into our authenticity.
Understanding our shadows requires courage and a willingness to delve into the depths of our psyche. It involves facing the uncomfortable and the unfamiliar, but it is through this exploration that we find liberation. As Carl Jung, the renowned psychologist, once said, “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
By embracing our shadows, we reclaim the fragmented parts of ourselves and integrate them into the wholeness of our being. We gain self-compassion, acceptance, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience. Shadows become our allies, guiding us toward personal transformation and the realization of our fullest potential.

The Power of Self-Reflection

Self-reflection is an invaluable tool on the path of shadow work. It serves as a guiding light that allows us to explore the depths of our being and gain a profound understanding of our hidden aspects. Through self-reflection, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal transformation.
When we engage in self-reflection, we create a space for introspection and inner exploration. We set aside time to pause, detach from the external world, and turn our attention inward. In this sacred space, we invite our shadows to come forth and reveal themselves. We embrace vulnerability and honesty as we delve into the depths of our psyche.
Self-reflection grants us the opportunity to witness our thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior without judgment. We become observers of our own experiences, observing the ebb and flow of our inner landscape. Through this conscious observation, we gain a deeper understanding of the subconscious beliefs and conditioning that have influenced our lives.
As we shine a light on the shadows within, we uncover buried memories, unresolved emotions, and aspects of ourselves that have long been suppressed. We encounter parts of ourselves that we may have disowned or ignored. This process can be uncomfortable and challenging, as it requires us to face our fears, traumas, and insecurities. However, it is in this courageous confrontation that true healing and growth can occur.
Self-reflection also allows us to identify and examine the patterns and behaviors that no longer serve us. We gain insight into the underlying causes of our self-sabotaging tendencies or limiting beliefs. By bringing these patterns to our conscious awareness, we empower ourselves to make conscious choices and create positive change in our lives.
Furthermore, self-reflection cultivates self-awareness, which is a powerful tool for personal growth. As we deepen our self-awareness, we gain clarity about our values, desires, and True Self. We develop a stronger connection to our intuition, enabling us to make choices aligned with our highest good. Self-reflection helps us distinguish between who we truly are and the external influences that have shaped us.
Incorporating self-reflection into our daily lives allows us to maintain an ongoing dialogue with ourselves. It becomes a regular practice of checking in, reassessing, and realigning. It provides us with the opportunity to celebrate our progress, acknowledge our achievements, and course-correct when needed.
In the next part of this series, we will explore practical self-reflection techniques that you can integrate into your daily routine. These techniques will empower you to deepen your self-awareness, embrace your shadows with compassion, and continue your transformative journey of shadow work.

Embracing Compassion and Self-Love

In the realm of shadow work, compassion and self-love serve as essential companions on our journey of healing and transformation. Embracing compassion and self-love allows us to approach our shadows with kindness, understanding, and acceptance.
When we embark on the path of shadow work, we encounter aspects of ourselves that may be wounded, vulnerable, or in need of healing. These shadows may represent past traumas, unhealed wounds, or aspects of ourselves that we deem unworthy or undesirable. It is in these moments that compassion becomes a gentle guide, reminding us to hold space for ourselves with tenderness and empathy.
Compassion allows us to recognize that our shadows are not to be feared or rejected but rather embraced as integral parts of our wholeness. It teaches us to extend understanding and forgiveness to ourselves as we navigate the depths of our being. With compassion, we create a safe and nurturing environment within which our shadows can be acknowledged, embraced, and ultimately healed.
Self-love is the foundation upon which our journey of shadow work is built. It is an act of honoring our intrinsic worthiness and acknowledging that we are deserving of healing and growth. Self-love invites us to treat ourselves with kindness, patience, and unconditional acceptance as we explore the depths of our shadows.
As we cultivate self-love, we learn to recognize that our shadows do not define us but rather offer opportunities for growth and transformation. We understand that the healing of our shadows is an act of self-care and a testament to our commitment to living an authentic and fulfilling life.
Nurturing self-love involves practicing self-compassion, setting boundaries, and engaging in self-care activities that replenish our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It involves embracing our strengths and celebrating our progress, no matter how small. Self-love invites us to prioritize our needs, honor our emotions, and create a loving relationship with ourselves.
Through the practice of self-love and compassion, we develop a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and others. We realize that our shadows connect us to the universal human experience, reminding us that we are not alone in our struggles. This understanding fosters empathy, allowing us to extend compassion and understanding to others as they navigate their own shadow work journeys.

Cultivating Authenticity

At the heart of shadow work lies the quest for authenticity. It is the journey of uncovering and embracing your true self, free from the constraints of societal expectations, conditioning, and self-imposed limitations. Cultivating authenticity in shadow work invites you to explore and integrate the parts of yourself that have been hidden or suppressed.
Shadow work provides a sacred space for you to peel back the layers of conditioning and societal masks that may have veiled your True Self. It is an opportunity to unravel the beliefs, fears, and patterns that have kept you disconnected from your true essence. Through this process, you reclaim your personal power, align with your values, and live in alignment with your deepest desires.
As you delve into shadow work, you encounter aspects of yourself that may have been rejected, silenced, or deemed unworthy. These shadows, though initially uncomfortable, hold valuable insights and lessons that can guide you toward self-discovery and growth. By embracing your shadows and integrating them into your consciousness, you gain a deeper understanding of who you truly are.
Cultivating authenticity in shadow work requires vulnerability and courage. It invites you to explore the depths of your emotions, thoughts, and desires without judgment or self-censorship. It encourages you to honor your unique experiences and perspectives, allowing your True Self to shine through unapologetically.
Through the process of embracing authenticity, you cultivate a sense of self-empowerment and liberation. You no longer feel the need to conform to societal norms or seek external validation. Instead, you honor your own truth and express yourself authentically, even if it means stepping outside of your comfort zone.
Shadow work provides fertile ground for nurturing authenticity by shedding light on the masks you wear, the roles you play, and the expectations you hold. It challenges you to question the narratives that have shaped your identity and invite you to rewrite your story from a place of authenticity and self-empowerment.

Transforming Limiting Beliefs

Our beliefs shape our reality, influencing how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world around us. In shadow work, we encounter the limiting beliefs that have held us back, hindered our growth, and kept us trapped in patterns of self-sabotage. Transforming these beliefs is a key aspect of the shadow work journey, empowering our minds and opening up new possibilities for personal transformation.
Shadow work allows us to uncover the deeply ingrained beliefs that have been operating beneath our conscious awareness. These beliefs often stem from past experiences, conditioning, and societal influences. They can manifest as self-doubt, fear, unworthiness, or a sense of being undeserving of love, success, or happiness.
As we engage in shadow work, we bring these limiting beliefs to the surface, shining a light on them and questioning their validity. We challenge the stories we have been telling ourselves and explore alternative perspectives that empower us. By doing so, we create an opportunity for profound inner shifts and personal growth.
Transforming limiting beliefs requires a willingness to examine our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with compassion and curiosity. It involves questioning the origin of our beliefs and exploring how they have influenced our lives. Through self-reflection and introspection, we gain insight into the ways in which these beliefs have shaped our experiences and held us back from reaching our full potential.
In shadow work, we engage in powerful exercises and techniques to challenge and reframe our limiting beliefs. We replace self-defeating thoughts with empowering affirmations, create new narratives that align with our true desires, and develop a mindset of abundance, self-acceptance, and self-belief.
By transforming our limiting beliefs, we free ourselves from the constraints of our own minds. We open ourselves up to new possibilities, expand our perception of what is possible, and cultivate a sense of empowerment and self-confidence. We recognize that we have the power to shape our reality and create the life we truly desire.

Conclusion

Shadow work is not a journey for the faint of heart, but it is a journey worth taking. By embracing our shadows, we embark on a path of self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation. It is an invitation to explore the depths of our being, unravel the layers that have held us back, and step into our authentic power.

2023.06.10 06:43 ehalepagneaux Help with proportion equations, google sheets, bread flour

Hello math people. I need some help wrapping my head around this problem. What I'm trying to figure out is a formula for google sheets that can tell me how much of two different kinds of flour I need to make a specified total percentage of protein. Flour typically ranges from 10%-14% protein and I like to mess around with different ratios to find a good finished product. I would like help writing an equation to find what percentage of each flour I need to give me a final total protein. For example, how much of flour 1 at 11% and how much of flour 2 at 14% do I need to get 12.5% total protein? If anyone can help with at least the basic equation I would be eternally thankful. Thanks in advance :)

It's a horrible thing, and I've got what, for reasons, I hope is a unique experience with it.
TW for various forms of DV, SA, and all the other fun bullshit that might come up.
Years ago I was briefly a guy. I've since gotten better and made a full recovery. Back then, and to this day, my taste in partners changed like the weekly special
